The Flying Bathtub
by

(IC: professional)
Faced with a third-floor remodel with limited access, tight turns, and high-end finishes throughout, our project manager got creative. The home's location and landscaping also prevented the use of a traditional demo chute.
Enter "The Pine Street Zip Line!" This zip line allowed us to haul debris and new materials to and from the third story in the most efficient, least disruptive, and clean manner.
(The project manager behind the zip line is a seasoned climber and had the knowledge and skill-set to implement this safely, quickly, and smoothly.)
