Rental House Redo - Exterior
My mom owns a house she sold with "owner financing." The new owners made ONE payment and then lived in the home for FREE for over a year. Once she FINALLY had them evicted, the house was in poor condition. Filthy. This was quite the transformation. Has your mom also looked into some sunshades and a left facing bench towards the vegetation to the left?
