I was recently hired to update a Miami Vice decor kitchen on a budget. We decided to paint the cabinetry. But first I needed to tackle cleaning years of grease and grime from the cabinets. How did I do it? What was the most effective recipe?
I have the whole process here on my Step One of Kitchen Remodel, Please read blog post for more details.
This1980's kitchen was calling for an update. So the homeowner hired me to paint the cabinetry. I first needed to prep to paint. The cabinetry needed to be cleaned.
I made a simple and effective paste. You will not believe how simple and inexpensive it was!
Let me show you how I used these simple kitchen items to clean the grease, grime and dirt from the cabinets.

Just wanted to let you know I use a product for cleaning all wood that keeps the orginal finish and shine and removes the gunk. I know you are thinking its another orange or lemon thing but its really great for antiques and furniture too. If you are interested I have their address. i found a couple of videos on youtube too. www.thevictorianhouseproducts.com
