Liquid metal? Well, sort of... When we mix metallic pigments into a suspended 100% solids epoxy, it gives this appearance when lain upon the floor. It is then spread by squeegies and "smooshed" in all the right directions by pro applicators to achieve various effects. Those "bumpy" bits are aluminum oxide crystals, tossed randomly to generate "swimming" effects...
