Coral Decor With a Little DIY

This coral decor looks like it could have come from Pottery Barn.
It didn’t.
And, it didn’t cost PB prices either.
I looked on their website. There was a piece of coral for $50.
Wanna know what I paid?

I paid $11.95 for two pieces of plastic fish tank coral.

I paid about $2.50 for the blocks of wood.

I paid $.99 each for a can of black gloss spray paint, and a can of white flat spray paint. I already had the glue- but let’s add that in about $.25 for what I used.

A little over $16 for two totally awesome pieces.

Take that high prices!
You are going to need some 4×4 blocks.

You can buy a piece at the lumber store and they will make cuts for you for a minimal cost. About $1 a cut.
