Guest Room Looks Like Grandma's House. Intentionally.

We have an English-style cottage, and rather than fight the style, we went with it. *Disclaimer* for those of you who are looking for neutral Pottery Barn-esque interiors, this isn't for you.
We started with Grandma Hazel's brass bed, circa 1900. I found an autograph quilt (WPA dam project wives, I believe) and put it at the end of the bed. Other linens were on sale at various stores, and I've been collecting them for about a year.
We added lots of vintage artwork on every wall. All less than $25 each.
The 1950s buffet was painted robin's egg blue and accessorized with a vintage lamp.

I love this room!!! I have on room where I left the wallpaper up because it has an antique bed with a feather mattress topper and a quilt...looks just like Grandmas's room too! I just can't let it go! In fact, I like that look a lot in my house!

@Jeanette S I think the collected look has so much more personality. Thanks for commenting!
