Tracy McLean Packman on Sep 17, 2014I had the same problem with an old blue ink. In desperation after trying store bought products I tried bleach-made no difference. The only thing that has worked for me is soaking it in a bowl with a strong oxy-clean solution and rubbing a paste of oxy-clean on it. going back several times and rubbing more oxy-clean on it. It's now a pale blue, still there but not as noticable.Helpful Reply
