Simple Tips to Think About When Remodeling a Bathroom

Should you be looking for an easy to maintain floor when having a bathroom remodel done, then choose either porcelain or glazed tiles, and stay away from any porous natural stone tiles such as limestone. Unless professionally sealed, these tile will absorb any drips or spills and eventually become stained.
Should you be looking for a non-slip floor, then choose tiles that come with a textured surface, matte or sand-containing finishes. Another choice are small tiles with several grout lines, these provide a better grip than larger tiles.
In theory, you can fit a toilet and sink in an 11 sq ft area, and still be within national building codes. However, for comfort’s sake, look at an area which is 3 or 4 ft wide, and 6 to 8 ft in length. Check with your local bathroom remodeling companies for any extra requirements.
