My favorite area of home improvement is everything...I love for my areas to look untouched like a model home..So my goal is to achieve the wow factor in all that I do....I have been forced to have a new found love for outside...its growing on me and so are the weed lol....

(In my opinion,) You only have 7-10 sec to make a first impression. Make it a good one.
It could truely be the reason you sell or don't sell and for how much....

Kitchens: My hubby and I have moved in our new Home and we lucked up and purchased a model fully upgraded verses having to have
one in our neighborhood built. Well the kitchen was pretty but painted very dark colors. I have repainted the entire kitchen a blue gray color and a lighter blue with a hint of yellow.
