I love the paper or fabric you used on the back of the hutch it's cute. We're in the same boat we bought a short sale, as-is 4 years ago and it was a mess. It's been a slow process too, but it's coming together slowly. Working on our bedroom now and hopefully getting started on the kitchen soon. We had to do re-do both bath's, one before we even moved in because neither worked.
