This double wall mounted sink provides space for two people to use the sink at the same time while giving the illusion of more space by not having a bulky cabinet underneath. If storage is needed possibly add baskets for towels and such

Take advantage of the space between your studs by creating a storage shelf in between them. Also- lifting the cabinet off the floor gives it a light and airy floating look. This makes the bathroom feel more spacious than it actually is

The large mirror reflects light which gives the illusion of more space. And putting a curtain around the wall mounted sink doesn't take up floor space but gives an area for storage.

Lighting is super important in design and your bathroom is no exception especially if its small. Lighting from the mirror is better than over head lighting as lighting above the vanity creates unwanted lines and shadows on your face. A bright bathroom can feel open and airy while a moody bathroom can create a sense of drama and interest. See which works best for you!

Using the same tile across the wall carries the eye across the whole room and makes it feel bigger. Along with the use of monochromatic and natural materials this small bathroom does not feel small at all!

These are great designs, especially love the boldness of the Victoria and Albert tub! You're right, no need to skip the drama just because the space is small
