WHAT IS THE GOING RATE PER FOOT FOR BATHROOM TILE INSTALLATION IN SOUTH NEW JERSEY?
-
KMS Woodworks on Jul 27, 2012This varies by who is doing the work...I 've seen rates from 4 to 20 per sq foot. In my neck of the woods 7-8 per foot is pretty normal... Keep in mind this is the Install rate...demo and prep (installing backer board, plumbing fixes etc would be on top of this) I normally quote these types of projects as a two stage thing...demo and prep...then once the area is "ready" for tile a basic per sq foot price...this way any unknowns can be corrected as a time and material process. often you can not see rotten sub floors etc until the demo is under way...which needs to be corrected based on how extensive the damage may be.Helpful Reply
