I'm a country girl at heart. I wanted a Fall wreath that matched my vision. Couldn't find anything so I made this one. I am pleased with the results. With all supplies it cost me $20.00 to make. Here is what you will need - wire wreath base with four wires across (WalMart), wide burlap ribbon (WalMart), floral of your choice.
This photo shows the final touches of my Fall decorations on my front porch. I finally finished my milk jug floral arrangement as well. I'm calling it done!
This is the completed wreath hanging on my front door. I was pleased with the contrast of colors on the front door. I enjoy decorating for each new season. I will soon be adding new Fall home made decorations. Be sure to stay tuned!
Take your wire wreath frame (make sure you have four wires) and weave the burlap ribbon in loops side by side alternating front to back to create fullness. Be sure to pull the ribbon tight at the base of each loop before making the next loop.
Add floral of choice. It helps to have a place to hang it while you're placing your florals. I used my double sided wreath hanger that was on my door which worked well.
