Paint Paint Paint! Up-cycled Dresser for a Coastal Guest Room

Easy
I was sick of looking at this dresser while staying at my parents home for various holidays and get-togethers. A new dresser was not an option, so instead I used paint to change the look! A "basic" dresser (way too basic for my taste), sanding paper, and BM Paris Grey paint did the trick to take this dresser from eyesore to coastal country.
I sanded away, cleaned the dresser, used 2 coats of paint, let it dry in the sunshine and love how the new dresser looks and connects with the coastal shabby elements of the home!
Adding some "dresser accessories" is an easy way to spruce up or change the look of your dresses with the seasons. Candles and lantern from Pottery Barn. Mirror from HomeGoods
