Today I’m sharing my Rustic Fall Porch with you. I added some great rustic elements including .....yes....a pitchfork and a rusty rake too!!
On Friday I shared with you the Fall Pumpkin Wreath I made for $7 with Styrofoam and pumpkins from the Dollar Store.
I wanted to add rustic elements so if you remember I found this great rusty rake and rustic pitch fork and shared them on my Tuesday Treasures here. I found them for $4.95 each. I was trying to think of how they would look best and then I remembered these great rustic pumpkins I found also on another thrift store trip for …….are you ready?? $.95 Cents each and shared them on Tuesday Treasures (come to the blog and you can see them and how I shop there).
I just kept my planters out here and added big pumpkins to each and a couple smaller ones. If you want to decorate, PAINT is the answer. Many of these were bright orange pumpkins from the Dollar Store that I painted with craft paint.
And if you LOVE pumpkins you might want to take a peek at the Sweater Pumpkins I made too (on the blog and on Hometalk).
It’s pretty fun and welcoming and rustic too.
I love the way my Fall Pumpkin Wreath and am so glad I took a chance on making this one. Hometalk featured it yesterday and 40,000 people came over so please take a look at that post too. I made it for $7 w Dollar store items. Super easy!
I added some votive candles into the pumpkins so they will be pretty at night too.
I hope you enjoyed the Fall Front Porch Tour! There are many more front doors and porches I'm sharing this week so please come on over to the blog.
If you want to see more details and how I put that porch together go to the link below.
