The Garden Frog with C Renee on Sep 25, 2014As Becky points out- having a picture really helps. but from a blind standpoint-I would paint it as close to the brick red color as you can get if you want it be a bit more subdued. The color of the shutters would not be bad either or a shade darker or lighter depending upon their color. Drive by other homes and see what you like. If you like bright colors then as Robin points outa bright red door (*but with green shutters may be a bit too Christmasy) or go with a bright green door in the same shades as the shutters. Or you can paint the shutters and the door a teal or turqouise blue which looks really good with a brick house. the possibilities are endless!Helpful Reply
