Halloween is the most popular time of the year for using pumpkins in fall decorating, but pumpkins also work well for fall decorating and Thanksgiving. The way you decorate the faux pumpkin dictates the type of decor it works best with. This particular pumpkin was decorated with bling and bows that are ideal for both fall decor and Thanksgiving. Creating home decor that works for more than one season is a great way to save money as well
Tie a bow to the top of the pumpkin stem. I wanted a long, flowing bow that was slightly longer than the pumpkin itself. The bow I chose also had metal edges which made it easier to style. Once i was happy with the way the bow looked, I added the bling.
