Hey Faidra,
Thank you for all your advice. I value your opinion after looking at pictures of your home and seeing how others commend you on your expertise. James was great in providing me an estimate and I intend to use him in the near future. In addition, he suggested a carpenter, Rob. He came to my home and said he would do a great job. He did not provide pictures and references (as James did). In lieu of that, I will call Deck Atlanta and get an estimate.
Guess what??? I hit another snag. My A/C unit just stopped working. I has been faulty each year and I have had servicing agents repair it, but I think they have been patching up the real problem. Can you refer me to an A/C person???

Hey Rae, Tell me a bit more about what is happening with your AC system and what they have been doing every year to keep it running. Has it been leaking refrigerant? If so that can become quite expensive with the cost of the older gas used R-22 not being manufactured any more. If your looking for someone to assist you, Do a contractor search on the search bar at the top. You should be able to find someone in your are that can help you.
