Hi Carrie, you can try a bathroom plunger or canned dusters - the stuff you normally use to clean computers. Just hold or spray the dent for a minute or two, giving the stainless steel enough time to contract with the cold. It should just pop right out
Try heat. Use a blow dryer to heat the spot and heat it well. When the area cools the dent should pop back in if it isn't too bad.
