Can cover a ceramic tile counertop with aluminum siding

Woodbridge Environmental Tiptophouse.com on Sep 29, 2014Not exactly sure what your looking to do. Aluminum siding is not a material that would be proper or correct to use as its soft and easily scratched. But all the siding I am aware of is painted and is only in strips about 8 inches wide. If your thinking about a sheet of aluminum, again no. If its not painted it will oxidize quickly and rubbing your hand on the surface will transfer a black film on your hands. I assume your not happy with the tile? There are lots of great ideas on making the tile look totally different without spending a ton of money. Post a photo of the counter and explain what your looking to achieve and there are many people here that can give you a lot of great ideas.Helpful Reply
