    I love the look of the palm & wonder if it would grow in Central Florida. Are your pictures from Miami area?

    Sherrie, I, too, love the look of the Ardonidias, but a hard freeze lasting several hours, which we have certainly been known to have in Central Florida, will kill even a mature tree. They're also very susceptible to a palm disease known as Lethal Yellowing.
