I would just like to know if these are common.
my lilies. can u ttell me why there so small
why so many????????
these are sunflowers. Is this common for so many to b on one.

Acidantheras are not usualy big. If you live in freezing zone you need to bring the bulbs in during winter.

It looks like the black oil sunflower seeds that is in birdseed mix grew into plants and flowered. Oh well the birds missed a few seeds. I actually buy a 5 pound of black oil birdseed and scatter it among my flower beds. It grows without covering it with soil. The plants only get to be about 3 ft. high and the yellow finches love the standing dried sun flower seed heads in Aug. and Sept.
