Hannah V on Sep 30, 2014I remember in the past seeing @Woodbridge Environmental Tiptophouse.com advise on this on a similar post. He said to rent a power scraper if the stuff is really glued down hard, and to not use a heat gun. Also, that it's a two-person job so maybe call a friend or family member to help get it!
