Building a Faux Barn Wood Photo Backdrop

Nothing says more about your project than the quality of your photos. My custom wreaths needed a place to shine, so I set out to build my own backdrop. I knew I wanted something I could use indoors or outside, so I wanted it to be portable and easy to assemble. I knew I wanted something that looked like barnwood for that rustic backyard fence look!
I purchased large sections of unpainted waiscoting at Home Depot and used small finishing nails and strips of wood on the back to hold the sections together. I made two separate framed pieces, one for a base and one for a background so they could be used together for any product I want to showcase.
