My Favorite Room or Let's Build A Screen Porch

After reading so many comments on a favorite room in the house I began thinking. Hummmm, what is my favorite room? I love the garden, feeding the birds and taking care of the goldfish in the pond. My favorite room has to be the screen porch that we recently added. It overlooks our backyard and pond. Go to http://coastal-colors.blogspot.com/2012/08/m... for additional information.

I'm w/Sheila on this one. Love the sky lights you included on the porch, allowing you to retain the natural light, airy feel. You've done a great job with your landscaping and waterscape..........certainly a little piece of heaven.

Thank you Megan and Shirley! We have really enjoyed this area. I love it because I can stay outside at dusk and not get eaten up by mosquitoes. :-)
