We provided a whole new exterior envelope for the house, including an upper and lower deck, screened porch, new roof, exterior siding, doors and windows, and stone veneers. There are cozy spots to read a book by the fire, long views from the upper deck to the golf course beyond, and an inviting terrace level with gardens and bridge.

Very nice!! I also like the way the house has been tied into the gardens by using the same railing on the bridge as was used on the various levels of the porch and deck.
