Just be sure the cabinets are clean then paint theme with an oil-based primer such as Kilz, allow to dry then paint. Might be a good idea to use a clear seal coat over the paint especially in the heavily used places. Just don't omit the primer.

I to own a manufactured home and will be painting mine with Country Living Textured paint then toner that I'll whip off for distressed affect. I used this paint on an old coffee table ans we love the outcome so in the spring we plan on doing the kitchen cabinets!

First commentator's link to painting laminate furniture is a good site with very good instructions and tips. I am weighing in because I just moved into my first mobile home and had the interior painted - yes, all those laminated walls (faux 70's wood-look paneling) - and wanted to share my experience. Used Primer designed to 'bond' and still used 3 coats...then applied paint with primer. Be prepared to use primer and then prime again and maybe again...this surprised a painter with 40 years' experience...especially if you are painting kitchen cabinets that will be handled a lot. My paint job is beautiful with no problems at all, so do what you want with our advice and all should be well.
