DIY Acorn and Leaf Napkin Rings

This is a very simple easy to make project that really dresses up a Fall table.
I was looking to add some autumnal elements to my table setting without going out and purchasing a full set of napkin rings that could only be used this time of year. I like to change it up for every dinner party and so my interest was flexibility. As I was cooking a whole meal, I also had very little time.
I started with basic silver napkin rings from Pier 1. I liked that the wrap design made them look different on one side than the other, allowing for more versatility down the road. I also wanted something with thin enough strands to be able to wrap decorative elements around, without the wires being obtrusive.
