Lynn on Oct 15, 2014Looks like deco, cut glass… maybe from the 60's or 70's … from the underside picture the outside design is difficult to tell what the medium is because it's 2-D… but could be glass over a metal with a "slump glass effect" and then the center cut is inlayed and added after the first fire.Helpful Reply
