Does anyone know what this art or media is?

It's a small plate I believe to be either pressed or depression but has silver on it and is numbered on the back 812. I have searched everywhere but don't know what the art is...can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

Looks like deco, cut glass… maybe from the 60's or 70's … from the underside picture the outside design is difficult to tell what the medium is because it's 2-D… but could be glass over a metal with a "slump glass effect" and then the center cut is inlayed and added after the first fire.

The home this came from was a very old lady who has some amazing antiques glass and pottery as well as dolls so I don't believe it's that late. But definitely different. Just don't know what to price it at. Thank you though

I am not very knowledgeable on this subject, I just like the medium but that looks like a very nice piece. I would try to find an expert to give you a value not just an antique dealer.
