Planked Wall Bathroom Makeover
The quest was on to liven up our little hallway powder room and give it a cottagey kind of feel. See how we accomplished that with just planks and paint.
The BLAH before on the left, the BEAUTIFUL after on the right...
Cedar tongue and groove planking made dressing up the walls a pretty simple project...
Some trim molding to the top for a "ledge" and primer...
We framed out the mirror with some molding...and spray painted the light fixture...
The cabinet was primed and painted the same color as the bottom of the walls, and I painted the counter and sealed it...
A before and after of the other side of the wall...
It's cottage style the way I like it...cozy and warm...even for a bathroom...
It's a much prettier space for us and for our guests...who wants to sit their hiney in an ugly bathroom?
