Free Craigslist table turned gaming table.

When we scored this little wooden table for free through Craigslist we just new we could find some fun use for it. We didn't want to hide it's beautiful wood grain or the darling boxtailed joints so we refinished it with stain and poly before paintting a gameboard onto the tabletop. Now it works perfectly in our little gaming nook upstairs. What a score!!! (*Only one DIYer was hurt during this project and feels pretty silly!)

Sherry this turned out really great and I like that you didn't totally fill in the white portion. The scribbly lines makes it look kinda oldish - like it's had a lot of checkers slid across it thru the years!! So sorry about your tumble (snicker snicker)! Sorry for laughing inappropriately but . . . . . your story was funny!!
