Start to Finish Playhouse / Garden Shed
by

(IC: homeowner)
Here are pictures of the Playhouse my husband and I build for our two kids! The finished size is 8'x6', unfortunately we don't have a supplies list here are pictures from start to finish. See other my other posts for more pictures of this playhouse transformed into a garden shed!
We tried to use lumber we had on hand. At the time we built this we were also framing in our basement so we used the crooked 2x4's from that project and the floor frame was from lumber left in the top of our garage by the previous owners.
With three dogs and two kids we always have help!
We got two windows from our local habitat for humanity and one was given to us.
My amazing husband always helping me turn my crazy ideas into reality!
We used sheets of OSB board from Home Depot for 3 sides and the roof, plywood left in our garage by the previous owners for the back and floor. I painted the playhouse using leftover exterior house paint left from the previous owners!
This was a temporary door that my husband made out of the leftover OSB board. The oar handle we cut out of a pine board.
The inside
Table and benches my grandfather made out of pine for the kids!
Enjoyed the project?
