Replace approx 6 squares of 3 tab shingles that were installed improperly when house was built. Repair damaged roof sheathing and install proper felt and flashing.
Advice:
Do make sure to use a reputable roofer with references and get multiple bids. Roofing scams abound!!! Make sure your contractor looks in the attic to check for damaged sheathing/framing and bids accordingly! Proper flashing, felt, and nailing of the shingles is critical!
So nice to NOT have water leaking into our bedroom!!!

If it is still leaking there, then yes, the siding must be pulled back. If you are caulking between the siding and the roof, are you sure that you are looking in the right place for the leak?

That is an expensive correction, why can't all contractors do the job right the first time? It looks great now! So far so good, does $2,800 include warranty?
