Construct new back porch and deck

We had to remove a rotted back porch. So we decided to construct a new back porch and deck and landscape.

$3,000 for desk
$500 landscaping
Advice:
You need to check with the local building inspector to determine the depth of footings and to approve your plans. A porch and desk are considered structures that require a building permit.
It was great. The next project is painting the house. For that we'll hire a painter.
