LAUNDRY-BROOM CLOSET REMODEL

The washer/dryer was facing into the dining/living room area. I had the washer/dryer combo moved so that is faced into the kitchen -- expanded the space by 4sq.ft so that it also could be used as a broom closet
Advice:
It really does pay to research the materials online and comparison shop -- I saved a bundle.
Don't pay labor costs until the very end. Materials costs can be paid in front
Jose and his apprentice did a fantastic job -- brought the materials and labor costs under budget and turned a difficult space into a useful space.
Materials:
Crown molding - $0.00
Sheet Rock - $0.00
Facing into kitchen - AFTER REMODEL
LAUNDRY-BROOM CLOSET -- after w/closet door

So nice to have "large" part of washer & dryer out of the way. Also, good idea as plumbing is accessible from the back. Awesome!
