Replace Water Line from Underneath Sink to Refrigerator

I had to remove an old, existing copper water line that attached to the pipes that were under the kitchen sink, and I replaced it with a steel threaded plastic pipe (which is much easier to work with). The cost assumes that you already have a drill, but not the drill bit that you will need.
Advice:
Do - Expect to drill a larger hole for the steel threaded plastic pipe. Copper pipes are typically very small.
Do - Turn off the water under the sink before beginning.
I first turned the water off underneath the sink. I next very carefully unscrewed the existing valve for the copper pipe. The pipe extended out through the side of the cabinet, toward the refrigerator nearby. I cut the copper pipe near the end to remove the valve, in order to make the pipe small enough to pull through the small hole in the side of the cabinet. I then drilled a large hole to make room for the larger steel threaded plastic pipe. I threaded the pipe through this larger hole, and using a wrench carefully screwed it into the pipe under the sink. I turned the water back on slowly, and made sure there were no leaks.
Materials:
Steel Threaded Copper Pipe - $0.00
Drill & appropriate drill bit - $0.00
Wrench - $0.00
This type of line does not kink, unlike copper piping.
