used angle grinder to cut slot for flashing - installed rope lighting into hand rail
Advice:
have all material on hand - cover deck from debris

importance of installing flashing BEFORE deck boards are put in
metal ballusters
notice rope light between top rails
the ned for ballusters over 2 ft high off ground
rails make the deck !
