New Carpet Upstairs

Having new carpet installed.

Having to decide on what type of carpet and color we wanted upstairs
*Questions and unexpected events that arose during the project:
What types of carpet, what color to go with, where to buy and who should we have install?
* Cost Comments:
total cost including installation
*My motivation to do this project:
Old carpet upstairs needed to be replaced. The floors also needed to be tightened as they were quite squeaky when we first bought the house.

Shopped around at multiple stores, took home samples and asked about installation options.
Advice:
Findthe right contractor to do the installation.

Was ontime for the installation and did a wonderful job.

Home Depot has nice selections and they have contractors to install it. If you have alot of traffic consider a color that is the same color as the soil around your house like I chose a Rusty sand color and it worked out great!
