*Options I considered for this project:
COLOR of paint, method of removal, type of paint. Remove wallpaper or not.
*Questions and unexpected events that arose during the project:
you can cover wallpaper without notice as long as you do not use water based paint. It breaks down the glue.
* Cost Comments:
already had items for painting; i.e. rollers, bucker, brushes, drop cloth
*My motivation to do this project:
Bought the house and never really liked wallpaper
*Project Steps:
researched different paints. decided on oil based. it does not break down the glue.
Advice:
Make sure you use an oil based primer first followed by an oil based paint
Materials:
