Hypertufa Toadstools - Cement Garden Art

These are a fun little project, but somewhat challenging - I don't think I have ever gone through so many changes to the original plan when making any of my other garden crafts.
Moss makes them look well aged
The five toadstools are clustered on a base of the same material. I had a lot of problems figuring it all out, but I think they've turned out well, in the end. The moss hides any flaws...
The pieces ready to assemble
The various pieces are all cast, but the problem is trying to get them all together.
The plan keeps changing...
Now I'm going to use twigs, instead of casting the stems with the paper towel rolls, for various reasons, one of which is that the cardboard will get too wet, and possibly fall apart, which would be disastrous.
Gorilla Glue does the job
The biggest issue was finding glue that would hold everything together, yet still remain a little bit flexible. Some glue is too flexible, and won't hold the heavy toadstool caps in place, and some is too brittle. Gorilla Glue is just right...

    what is the recipe for the hypertufa to make it ….isnt it moss and concrete or is it styrofoam chips and concrete and do you have to seal it …looks porous and snow and ice in my neck of the woods would destroy it in one winter….
