Functional Laundry Room

I just purchased a new home and I have a fairly large laundry room. I would like to add a table or some type of work space to make this room highly functional and efficient.
*My motivation to do this project:
I love my new home and want to make every square inch just the way I like it.

As you can see I already have some cabinets and sink.

Thanks James!! Hi Andrea...I found a table that mounts to the wall with a piano hinge at Ikea. When you need a counter/table space, you lift the table top and swing the arm out to hold it out. When you're done, swing the arm back against the wall and the table folds down flat. It's a great space saver and all for $30. Congratulations on your new home!!
