I picked up a small candleabra and am wondering if there are some craft ideas for it

I'm looking for one to put outside with solar lights in it. I have an old hanging chandelier type that we did this to and it hangs from a shepherds hook and looks really nice at night. It depends if you want to use it inside or outside.
