Halloween Mantel
A good friend, who said she never decorates for Holidays except Christmas, decided she wanted to do a bit for halloween. They always have over a bunch of family members, adults and kids, on Halloween night. They eat, play games, trick or treat in their neighborhood and hang out. So she wanted to do something that everyone would love.
We opted to tackle the mantel. And this isn’t just a mantel. This thing hits me at about eye level. I know, I know….that’s not saying much. But it’s tall. And extremely wide. So the fact that it only took two trips to fill it was mind blowing, literally.
We met up at the floral area in our local grocery store and grabbed handfuls of halloween goods, then hit up hobby lobby, before stocking up on firewood.
We were both so happy with how it turned out, and the fact that it was knocked out in a day!
