Front porch makeover

I gave our front porch a makeover this summer. Along with painting and staining it, it finally got some decor and function added to it. We enjoy this space much more now.

But it needed some decor and function! Added a bench, some decor, and now it is inviting and we enjoy it much more!

Love having seating out there now - adds beauty and function.

Nicely done, Christina. But you mean you didn't have anyplace to sit on your front porch before? That's just wrong!

No, no place to sit - unless we drug a lawn chair out there. :( It is a narrow porch and because the door is at the end next to the house, putting a swing or seating there was out of the option. But I am glad that I finally decided to get a bench. It does make the walking area smaller but not too narrow that it is ridiculous :)
