My Summer Yard
We have worked on this yard for 5 years, and even though I would not consider my husband and I "yard people", it's so much better than when we started! The riverwalk runs right by the back gate and when we moved in, we couldn't even see the walk. Lots of trees, and brush have been cleared!
Our park-like yard. It can look beautiful and be fun for camp-outs and football games, but it also lends to lots of leaf raking!

Garden boxes....yes, we still need to do a little weeding.
Our storage area. This was a revamp about 4 years ago. It was one of my first yard projects.
This area used to be just rocks and weeds. It is right along the river walk. It has had quite the makeover, and we also use it as an outdoor movie theater.

For people who aren't "yard people," CL, that looks pretty darn good! Love the idea of using a pergola as your own outdoor movie theater.
