Peppers From My Garden
The peppers are from our garden! Yaaaay! We had too many to eat over the summer. We’ve shared with family and friends, we’ve eaten what we could and now we are drying some. But we are still harvesting peppers. I am not complaining. We have had a good season, but I have to do something with all of these peppers.
The harvest is still going on. We still have flowers on our pepper plants, which means more peppers on the way.

I'm trying my hand at pickling some and I will puree others. What a good season. Next year I'll try other veggies in pots. If nothing else, I think they look beautiful in the mason jar. Don't you?

I can't imagine a Mason jar filled with anything prettier.

I agree @Douglas Hunt. But I will tell you I've found many other uses for mason jars. They are my most recent passion. :)
