Easy DIY Seed Wreath for Wintering Birds

I was left with a pile of dried seed heads after cleaning up my flower beds this fall. But instead of adding them to the compost, I recycled them into seed wreaths for the wintering birds. This project provides a much needed food source during the cold months and couldn't be easier to make.
Hang your wreath in an area where birds naturally feed (I placed mine in a tree near my bird feeder), and sit back and enjoy the view! It's the perfect way to recycle the garden waste from your fall clean-up while helping out your feathered friends through the winter.
