How to update a stained bathtub
-
Woodbridge Environmental Tiptophouse.com on Oct 30, 2014Had the contractor that did the past refinish used the proper materials and did the job correctly there should not have been an issue with the finish. Its not uncommon for refinished tubs to stain as the material although some are pretty good these days, is simply not the same as the porcelain finish that was done when the tub was made There are companies such as Bath Fitters that can install a complete cover over the tub and add some new fixtures making the tub look as though you did a complete tear out and replacement. Not so expensive as compared to a tear out and looks just like new.Helpful Reply
