DIY Built-In Chalkboard/Blackboard Art

Easy
I have very high ceilings at home and have been wanting to welcome my guests by my front entrance with a big piece of art for quite some time. However, finding a frame or a canvas about 6 ft tall can be quite challenging. Therefore, I decided to create a DIY built-in chalkboard for some doodling by painting directly on the wall and adding some simple trim border as the frame.
Measure and tape the a border.
Paint with blackboard paint and let dry.
Secure trim around the frame.
You're all set to create any chalkboard art your heart desires!

I love this and have done this before myself. My only comment would be that it should go on the side where the door opens when possible so they see it as the enter. But even if you can't do that this is a great idea. Looks great!
